ABSTRACT

Learn to manage expectations, balance conflicting forces and design effective communications using the Professional Services Framework and Consultant Communities Model.  Learn to bridge the service-delivery gap through deliverable hand offs throughout the service life cycle.  This highly interactive workshop steps through what it takes to prepare for a meeting or work session as a facilitator.  While utilizing newly learned facilitation techniques, participants address typical challenges and manage through closing steps so session objectives are met.  Roles and responsibilities are covered.
