Michigan Council of Women in Technology Symposium Welcomes Lighthouse

TROY, MICHIGAN — January 30, 2008

Lighthouse Consulting Partners, a leading global provider of training solutions, announces that two managing partners of the company, Michelle Pallas and Eugenia Schwalm, will present at the Michigan Council of Women in Technology’s (MCWT) third annual symposium held February 12, 2008. The event takes place at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Mich.

Entitled “Geek Mythology: Lessons from the Goddesses of IT”, the event is an opportunity to network and learn from a prestigious lineup of speakers and workshop leaders set to convey vital business knowledge.

Schwalm will deliver the presentations “Communication hints and tips for the global workplace“ and “Negotiating for amateurs – It’s not as bad as you think”. Pallas, who serves as vice president for not-for-profit MCWT, will moderate a high-level panel discussion entitled “Women Empowered: An Executive ‘How-To’.”

Eugenia Schwalm is an expert in outsourcing, risk management, project management, information systems, life cycle methodology and project recovery. Schwalm is a Managing Director of Lighthouse Consulting Partners where she is responsible for training and product development.

Michelle Pallas is a founder and Managing Partner of Lighthouse Consulting Partners.
