ABSTRACT

This workshop helps to prepare candidates for Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination. Even experienced project managers will benefit from this workshop by learning what to expect and how to prepare. A baseline assessment helps students understand where they need to focus their time. The Project Management Processes and Framework puts this broad topic into perspective and each project management knowledge area is covered. This workshop has been updated to reflect the Fourth Edition of PMBOK®.

AUDIENCE

This workshop is designed for individuals pursuing either Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional Certification or Certified Associate of Project Management.
