ABSTRACT

This workshop provides hands-on experience with the latest proven techniques for assessing business need and scope in addition to gathering, analyzing, refining and documenting various types of requirement needed to determine the appropriate solution. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of the challenges faced in defining effective requirements and determining the right tool or technique to use for that challenge. Interviewing, business modeling and the application of use cases are emphasized with lively practice sessions.
